For Reagan Connolly, founder of Reacon Consulting, building isn’t just a profession — it’s a passion rooted in three generations of construction. She entered the industry at just 18 years old and quickly rose through the ranks, managing over $300 million in large-scale projects including hotels, multifamily developments, and high-end renovations across South Florida.

Alongside her career success, Reagan earned her degree in Construction Management from LSU’s College of Engineering, after first completing her Associate’s in Business. She is also in the process of obtaining her Certified General Contractor license, a milestone that reflects her dedication to both education and professional growth. Her unique blend of hands-on project leadership and technical training allows her to approach every project with precision, accountability, and foresight.

Reagan founded Reacon Consulting to bring that same commercial-grade discipline into the residential space. She understands how overwhelming renovations can feel for homeowners, and her mission is to act as their advocate — guiding the process from the very first idea to the final walk-through. With a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, Reagan helps clients build smarter, avoid costly mistakes, and enjoy a stress-free experience that results in a home they truly love.
